Hello world I'm continuing with my decision table.

For the office assistant.

We have the complete table for looking for an assistant who knows Word,  Access, Excel and certain words per minute and we're trying to decide.

Whether to call these people for an interview.

So, the first rule is they must know word.

So everywhere that Word says no.

I'm going to say no for the interview.

And.

We have a bunch of these with no.

So I'm just going to drag that down.

The

next rule

Says if they also.

know both Access and Excel.

They only have to type 30 words per minute.

So we're going to look for somebody who knows both Access.

And Excel.

Types at least 30 words per minute.

Access and Excel.

And we have a yes and a yes.

This would be a no.

And.

These two will be Yes.

Does that meet those requirements?

If they know both Access and Excel they only have to type 30 words per minute.

Both of them

Okay.

If they know either access or Excel.

We will interview them if they type at least 50 words per minute.

So let's look for anywhere, where we don't already have a result.

We have a no and a no.

This is going to be a no.

And they know they don't know either of those.

And they don't know either of those.

And.

They know one of those.

But they type less than 30 words per minute.

So if they have.

Word plus either access or Excel, we'll interview them if they type 50 words per minute.

So this is No.

This is a no.

This is a Yes.

And here they know one of them but they type less than 30 words per minute.

So that's a no.

And they know one of them and type less than 50.

And this one.

They know one of them and they have more than 50 words per minute.

So that's a yes.

And so.

We're going to check over this again.

And make sure that that matches and I would probably do this one by one.

They don't know Word so that's this rule: they don't get an interview.

And then we can go to this one.

And they don't know word so we'll go down here and let's check all the ones where we said yes.

So they know Word.

They know both.

Access and Excel. NO.

But they know one of them.

And they type at least 50 words per minute, so that's a yes. Let's look at this next one down here.

And they know Word.

They know one of either Access or Excel.

And they type over 50 words per minute.

OK.

Now we're down here.

And here we have somebody: they know Word, they know both.

Both of these are the same.

They know Word, Access and Excel.

And if they know both they only have to type be able to type 30 words per minute so those are both the yes. And that's good.
