You don't need to login to use the image editor at deepai.org. The instructions are fairly simple.
I uploaded a picture of a pond and enterd the instructions "make the weather stormy", then clicked Generate. I didn't time it, but it was less than a minute.
I tried the image generator in chatGPT and got the following:
