Build the menu as shown in the video and in the two illustrations below: naming the menu items mnuFile, mnuNew, mnuOpen, mnuSave, mnuSaveAs, mnuExit, mnuEditHeader, mnuAdd, mnuEdit,and mnuDelete.
After building the menu, add a list box lstData, openFileDialog and saveFileDialog.
Buttons btnUp has the picture and btnDown has the picture (You can right click to download.)
