You are now ready to complete step 1 of the final project.
Open the Final Project Design document and complete step 1, the proposal.
The following guidelines will help you get the most from this project:
- You may not choose Jack in the Beanstalk as your own project.
- Select a known fairy tale or folk story, not a story you make up. (A known story will force you to solve problems that occur in telling the story. If you make up a story, there is a tendency to change the story rather than solve the problems.)
- Select a story that features bipeds. (In Alice, Bipeds stand on two legs. In addition to people the Wolf, Pig, Rabbit and a few other characters are bipeds.)
The story must be appropriate for children. No profanity, nudity, strong violence or anything else inappropriate.
